Where will my money go?
All donations are used within the local Frankston community.


Where do you get your funding?
— Financial Management Program funding from Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs
— In-kind and cash donations


Is my donation tax deductible?
Community Support Frankston Inc. is a local non-profit organisation. It is endorsed as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) and all donations over $2.00 are tax deductible.


What is your relationship with Frankston City Council?
Frankston City Council provides infrastructure for organisational operations.


Does your organisation spend much on self-promotion?
Website design, brochure and annual report design, brochure production and IT support are all done 'in-house' through the part-time Special Projects Coordinator position which is sponsored through philanthropic donation.


Who supplies your services?
The agency has approximately 80 volunteers involved in various roles including reception, administration and interviewing. All interviewers are accredited and all services to clients are supplied by volunteers.

The Board of Management has an administration and policy-making role and is accountable to financial members of the agency, to bodies from which the organisation receives funding, and to the community in which the agency operates.
