"Business people have a crucial role to play in supporting community well being."

Dianne Baxter is the director of Trinity Marketing, a company she formed in 1991. Trinity Marketing's main focus is the promotion, creation and management of special events, especially those in the area of tourism.

Examples of events and projects that Trinity Marketing has managed for clients are: the Murray Marathon, Bay Cycling Classic, creation and management of 4-day Yokohama Blue Lake City 400 Festival, cause-related marketing campaign for The Lost Dogs' Home, Seasonal Table functions for MP Gourmet, creation and management of 'Spirit of a Dream' Performing Arts Award, the Pet & Pony Expo, Promotions Manager of National Motorsport team, Fundraising Consultant for The Salvation Army, as well as developing a new corporate image for the Delgrosso Apple Juice company.

Prior to forming her company, Dianne was employed in fundraising and event management. She has lived on the Mornington Peninsula for 13 years.

The list of activities in which Dianne has been involved as a community volunteer is impressive and far too long to present here. However, a small selection of them includes:

  • Australia Day Committee

  • Wildlife Help on the Mornington Peninsula

  • Relay for Life

  • Mount Eliza Chamber of Commerce

  • Mornington Peninsula Gourmet

  • Commonwealth Games Committee

  • Frankston Round Table Business Group

  • Red Hill Long Lunch

Dianne's extensive community volunteering is a good example of putting her beliefs into action.
